Thank you so much for attending, or offering support for the gathering in honor of Eric M. Nguyen on Saturday, September 22nd 2007 at the National Weather Center in Norman, Oklahoma. Eric's family and friends are truly impressed and grateful for all of the kind words, warm memories, and sincere condolences. We will be keeping this page up to allow continued donations to the Eric Nguyen Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Thank you again for helping to make this a success. Over 100 of Eric's friends and family gathered to remeber some of the great times we had the opportunity to experience with him. Eric's family was truly impressed by the outpouring of support from so many. It was great to have everyone get together. Eric would definitely have been honored!

We have ordered 110 meals from the caterer, but may need to order more! Please RSVP if you are planning on attending. It isn't a security concern for existing NOAA or OU employees with access to the building, but it IS what we are planning food amounts with. Please register even if you have access to the building.

Catering will be provided from JR's Family BBQ located here in Norman. They have fantastic food and are being wonderfully flexible with us.

We are now working on getting together information regarding catering options. Currently, we are considering some sort of BBQ buffet setup. More information will be coming shortly.
Eric Nguyen Gathering to be held at NWC

Plans are being finalized to hold the "Eric Nguyen Gathering" at the National Weather center in Norman, OK. This has been made possible by the generous help of The College of Atmospheric and Geographic Sciences and the University of Oklahoma. Eric would truly be honored.
